Types of Physicals

There are different requirements for physicals depending on the situation. We have the experience and expertise to provide the following physicals:

1. CDL Physicals: Our Physicians are on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for the Department of Transportation.
2. Firefighter & Public Safety to meet OSHA and NFPA guidelines
3. Corporate or Executive Physicals 

All physicals include a review of medical history, blood pressure, height, weight, hearing screening, vision test, urinalysis and hands on examination by a Board Certified Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Below is a list of the additional components depending on the requirements:

• Color Vision Test
• Occupational Hearing Testing- Shoebox Audiometry- Booth-less Solution Combining Hardware, Software, and Support for Your OSHA Hearing-Testing Program.
• Blood work that includes a Metabolic Panel and Lipid Profile, & Complete Blood Count (CBC) Other tests available by request. 
• Resting EKG
• Cardio Pulmonary Graded Exercise Test (includes 12 lead EKG and VO2 uptake)
• Pulmonary Function Test
• Body Weight Recommendations- Based on Waist Circumference and BMI or Bioelectrical Impedance
