Executive Physicals
Executive Physicals are designed to offer a comprehensive evaluation. They can be scheduled in our office or we will come on site for 20 or more employees. We provide the following team of professionals:
The following tests will be performed:
- Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- Phlebotomist
- Exercise Specialist
The following tests will be performed:
- Blood work -Lipid Profile, and Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
- Vision Screening
- OSHA Hearing Test
- History and Physical
- Resting Blood Pressure & EKG
- Pulmonary Function
- Exercise test with 12 lead EKG, VO2 uptake and BP monitoring
- Body Composition assessment based on Circumference, BMI and/or Bioelectrical Impedance
