Drug and Alcohol Testing
Medical Review Officer

We offer a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to clients. An MRO is essential to an effective drug testing program. MRO is important to avoid Americans with Disabilities or HIPPA claims. MRO reviews negative test results for possible clerical errors. MRO reviews each laboratory positive test result to seek a legal medical explanation for the positive result. MRO and staff will interview the donor and review prescriptions as part of the review process. Should the MRO establish a legitimate medical reason for the substance found in the specimen, the test result will be verified as negative in the final report to the client.
DOT Regulations

We follow the Department of Transportation procedures for physicals and conducting Workplace Drug & Alcohol testing for the Federally Regulated Transportation Industry. (DOT 49 CFR, Part 40) The current DOT requirements are to randomly test 50% of employees for Drugs and 10% for Alcohol. In addition, we have a DOT approved software that pulls your randoms and keeps track of when employees are due for physicals, therefore keeping you compliant. We also offer the same services for non-regulated employees.
